These are the calls we get every single week. If this sounds like your house, we can help.
The sink takes forever to empty. You are standing there waiting, watching the water inch down while dishes pile up. Grease, food particles, and soap buildup are the usual suspects.
You are ankle-deep by the time you finish showering. Hair, soap scum, and mineral deposits build up over time. Store-bought drain cleaner is not going to cut it.
Water coming back up when you run the washing machine or flush the toilet. That is a sign of a blockage deeper in the line, and it will only get worse if you ignore it.
That sewer smell when you walk into the bathroom or kitchen is not normal. It usually means trapped debris is decomposing in the pipe, or the P-trap has gone dry. Either way, it needs attention.
No guesswork, no runaround. We find the blockage and clear it completely.
Call 208.267.1386 or fill out the form. Mike answers his own phone. If water is flooding or leaking, we get you on the schedule that day.
Mike shows up on time, finds exactly where the blockage is and what is causing it, then gives you upfront pricing before any work starts.
Chain machine and mini jetter clear the blockage at the source. We test the drain so water flows freely, then clean up after ourselves.
If it carries water out of your house, we can clear it. From a slow bathroom sink to a fully blocked sewer line at the septic tank inlet, we have the tools and the experience.
Chain machine for clogged household lines. Mini jetter for lines up to 4 inch. Mechanical and hydro tools that clear the blockage at the source. No chemicals that damage your pipes or only push the problem further down the line.
Mountaintop got dispatched to an unknown water leak in a crawlspace. A home inspector had flagged it during a buyer's walk-through. The owner had no idea where the water was coming from.
We crawled under the house and found the source. It was not a leak. It was an old drain line, originally used for furnace condensate, left open in the crawlspace and forgotten. Water was pouring out of it every time someone flushed a toilet or ran a fixture.
Outside, the main sewer line at the inlet to the septic tank was completely closed off by root penetration. Every drop of water leaving the house was getting backed up at that root mass and forced out the open line under the house. That drain had been completely plugged for months. Possibly years. The owner had no idea.
We excavated the septic tank to confirm the root closure, removed the blockage, repaired the faulty sewer line, and installed a new cleanout outside the home so the drain can be accessed in the future without going through the same dig.
"My dad passed away a couple days before I needed help with some plumbing. We had family coming into town the next day. I called several companies to help us with our sink plumbing mess and they couldn't make it until the next day. I called Mountaintop at 4pm for help and they got right up and took care of our mess. They were very professional and even sent my mom a card for her loss."
We tell you the cost before we start. If the final bill is higher than the quote without your approval, you pay the quoted price. No surprises, no fine print.
